Friday, I heard of the passing of Celia Lipton, not a well-known name I know.

Her first career was as a teenager in 1939 singing in her dad's band, I have three of her records form the 1940's, then she went on to have an amazing life as one of the richest women in USA, as Celia Lipton Farris and did so much for charities, what we call a philanthropist.
