Barking Council have gone barking mad by painting yellow lines on Pavements, around flower pots and a cash machine so people know where to walk...

I think that's a very good idea. I think it's a crying shame that there so many people so stupid they can't work this stuff for themselves. It wasn't like it my day. We didn't even have colour telly. |

My understanding is that you are not supposed to park or stop on a double yellow line so how is anyone going to be able to stand there long enough to use a cash machine
