This film was mentioned by Ken Bruce this morning. It starred Bob Hope and Katherine Hepburn but was shot in the UK and, as they said, also starred Sid James and James Robertson Justice.
They didn't mention that it also starred Alexander Gauge, who must have fitted his appearances in between filming episodes of ITV's hugely popular Robin Hood series, in which he played Friar Tuck.
Sadly, AG's career seemed to go in to freefall after he left the Robin Hood series and he took his own life in 1960.

Meant to add: after leaving Robin Hood, AG starred in a short-lived BBC series, Brigadier Wellington-Bull. The actress co-starring with him was a young woman called Valerie Singleton--wonder what became of her?
