Have you heard what Absolute Radio are doing? No excuse for anyone saying "I like Frank Skinner but not his music" as they're going to rerun his Saturday morning show an hour later on all their digital channels - but change the music.
Seems a bit weird, really, but I suppose they get more mileage out of the presenter. |

To me that has to be the worst, saddest radio station going. Not one I'd listen to out of choice. They still seem to me to be playing tracks that are five years old like they were still current, not least 'One Day Like This' by Elbow. It's as if they never bought out their newer album Build A Rocket Boys! I think a few folk there need a good kick up the jackseat and some new records!! How do I know this? I have to endure it at work.
I wonder how much Frank Skinner's female sidekick get's paid to giggle like a hyena at nearly every utterance of his. I hope she's paid well. _________________ Lord Evan Elpuss, Your ideal job is a Lumberjack. |

Dunno about most, but it does make me I think I may as well listen to the podcast while playing my own music in between! |

The thing about absolute is the amount of times they plug the breakfast show it's never ending.I must admit i do listen to 80's and classic rock but agree the main station does play a lot of old stuff _________________ I found out how you can hurt an insect. It's the bees knees |

They never stopped playing the Muse song that sounded like a mash-up of the Dr. Who theme and Blondie's 'Call Me' (Uprising?) either! _________________ We are loonies and we are proud!
