Worriers (that's 58% of us apparently) curl into the foetal position, stubborn people sleep, most uncomfortably by the looks of her, like a log. The yearners and chasers amongst us sleep on our sides with arms outstretched, while those flat on their stomachs arms akimbo are freefallers.
No mention of spooning. Well it is an advert, sorry, survey for Premier Inns.
What a load of tosh.
I sleep in the position that's most comfortable, depending how much room I've got and how warm I am.
What say you?

I lie on my right side falling asleep,but go through all positions except lying on my front

I really haven't got a clue how I sleep - but I do know if I go to sleep lying on my left side I dream far more than lying on my right side
