Renowned Prog rock artist Roger Dean is set to sue film director James Cameron over the film Avatar.

And not before time.
Anyone familiar with Dean's album artwork for the likes of Yes in the 70's cannot have failed to notice the remarkable similarities in the landscape of the film Avatar.

Personally I'm all in favour of clergy in the Church of England taking a more litigious position against the Notting Hill set Laughing

Perhaps it's that chap from St Pauls who resigned over the protest occupation issue suing for constructive dismissal Smile
