all my... no not that...
yesterday I was all set to give up on Twitter. What's the point? I thought.
Then out of nowhere, bingo! The opening Three Word Tuesday on Drivetime! I'm still glowing. ( I'm easily pleased)
Also yesterday, a moment of, oh wow, cool beans! Free tickets for Carfest! Woohoo! How lucky am I? Well, an email saying my Carfest Tickets were on their way. ( I haven't bought any- remember they ( a security guard) yelled at me( I mean proper yelled at me) last year for walking in a field , near the stage while Razorlight were setting up in the afternoon- I say near, argubly I was in the same postcode but I was at least 50 paces away from the stage barrier) I came home early- upset( proper upset- real tears): completely mortified that I didn't see Razorlight having spent more than the combined GDP of the Northern European economies on VIP tickets to be there) However: the joy didn't last long, a short while later ...ping-du ( that's the noise my thing makes).. another e-mail. Sorry we made a mistake - you're not getting any tickets. For a moment I thought , they really do care that I had a rubbish time last year, someone has gone to all the trouble to work out that it was me and done something about it, but no, just a simple software glitch. That's life. |

Was that the same software glitch that released the Man City player from prison early after killing 2 people and him serving only 5 months I wonder?
