Rather than Wogan House?

I've not listened quite as much to R2 lately but I've heard several comments that they are in Maida Vale studios. Anyone know why?

Building work, I think. Orna Merchant commented on Sunday that she was in a different room on a different floor than usual and had to go through building work to get there. No sign of any builders, of course!
