I saw Ian's tweet about his appearance earlier.
I think we've all (okay me) been watching TV these last 10 days or more. It takes it's toll, though.
Now we have that maniacal meerkat Putin throwing his hammer and sickle around. As if we don't have enough to deal with in this broken country. _________________ life is what happens to you while you're busy making other plans |

It's been a funny few weeks, hasn't it?
Apart from not really wanting to listen to the radio I've just been very busy
The Queen's death was announced 15 minutes before curtain-up on our show at my theatre that night, then it became a big job to finish the run. Then I've kept busy since - 6 events at my own venue, plus seeing Mrs Doubtfire The Musical at Manchester Opera House, attending a Steven Page concert at Band On The Wall and a They Might Be Giants one virtually between 'real' shows. Then I showed the funeral on my big screen on Monday morning.
Could do with a bit of a rest, to be honest! |

It was the late night news I saw Becky if that's any help.

Yeah, the local news only lasts 24 hours on iPlayer. I will try and put it up somewhere else! |

I didn't know that Ian, thanks for the info! I'll be quick off the mark if I need to catch up with something.

I went to Norfolk for a week's holiday two days after the Queen died and it was strange being away trying to see as much as possible on TV while going out and about. I came home two days before the funeral. |

My birthday was the day after Queen Elizabeth 11 died and the following day myself & my sister + hubby went down to Portsmouth for the weekend. I'd asked for this as I'd only ever seen the spinnaker tower either from a distance or on the TV. Well, I got my close-up view of it and even went up it.
A couple of days after that myself & a fellow aviation enthusiast had a couple of days at Luton airport, no sign of Lorraine Chase!!!!
What a couple of weeks off it was, with those two trips (those were the good bits) then the dishwasher died and had to be replaced, all that and a change of monarch / big boss for me!! _________________ Lord Evan Elpuss, Your ideal job is a Lumberjack. |

My daughter was in Greece on the day of the funeral but going past a bar they saw it was being shown, so popped in to watch a little of it. |
