It was enjoyable last time. Looks like the regular Steve Wright cover now with Liza? |

Will Stuart start getting jealous if Mark gets himself a new partner? _________________ His name was ernie ........ and he drove the fastest milk cart in the west..... |

Ahh, they've already covered that. Stuart got Sally Lindsey to help him out in the evenings. |

What a shame we're not rid of that screaming banshee Evans as well. _________________ Lord Evan Elpuss, Your ideal job is a Lumberjack. |

The only time Evans bothers me is when I hear those bloomin' awful trailers for his show! I never listen to Radio 2 5-7 M-F now, except when he's on holiday. I am quite sure I am one of many! _________________ MiS |

There is a line in the Elvis Costello song 'Radio, Radio' that sums up the current policies on Radio 2, in my opinion, of course.
'The radio is in the hands of such a lot of fools.....' |

MIS, you are certainly not alone. _________________ Geddon

I suppose the people who stood in for MR when he was off wern't up to scratch so they decided to put them together. They work well with each other and on their own. |

I haven't listened to afternoon Radio 2 since Evans took over. Even longer between 2:00-5:00pm, like you, unless the regular incumbants are away for any reason. Shame because I miss Sally Traffic and the only time I get to hear her is her spot on Jeremy Vine's show. That's not to say that I don't enjoy Lynn Bowles' on the morning shows. _________________ Lord Evan Elpuss, Your ideal job is a Lumberjack. |

I would say Mark is really good at interviewing, no clapping or laughing in the back ground. No noises.
Good show. |

I thought Radders & the Tarbuck tart were excellent this afternoon and I must agree that I am also sorry it's only a week this time. You just get used to quality afternoon radio and then old bighead and the Clingons return.
