Honestly, it couldn't! We should all be grateful at the news. |

And there was me thinking it was really about Chris Evans getting the axe!
p.s. Why is the new Radio 2 logo the same colour as Evans' barnet? |

He's sponsoring it in the vain hope of gaining much-needed publicity. Either that or EasyJet is bidding to take over R2! |

Stelios would probably make a much better Radio 2 Controller than the current Fat Controller! If Lesley Douglas ran her own airline it would fold within a week. |

I have just bought two boxes of Carlsberg Export from Tesco! Two boxes of 20 bottles for 16 quid! That'll keep me sozzled over the weekend! I might crack a few open later on (over loudmouth's head). |

Do they sell Wadworth's 6X? That stuff (when drunken in largish quantities) makes me go all funny. Strange really. |

I can't say I noticed! I was tempted to buy some Newcastle Brown Ale. I quite like that stuff! Mind you, it always reminds me of Ena Sharples, the old hag who used to scare everyone in Coronation Street! |

She and her kind used to drink Mackesons, if my memory serves me well. I don't like Guinness here in England, but I love it over in Dublin. And the Guinness. |
