Former Radio 2 jazz presenter and Smooth/Jazz FM presenter Campbell Burnap has died aged 69 http://radiotoday.co.uk/news.php?item.3462.12 .He also presented Jazz for the Asking on the BBC World Service

Its been a bad few weeks for jazz men Sad

Yes, but people do die all the time. Even Jazz people who are not famous. It doesn't mean Jazz will be killed off.
