A Briton accused of hacking into top secret military computers has lost a Law Lords appeal against being extradited to stand trial in the US.

If it can be proved that he altered or deleted any files or altered official accessibility to files or made any systems inoperable then his 'looking for UFOs' explanation is weakened. |

He knew he was acting illegally and he deserves to be punished.. it's backfired on him that's all.
