Asda yesterday launched (and immediately sold out) its version of a Balmain-designed dress for Kate Moss, selling it for £16
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/fashion/fashionnews/5812870/Supermarket-launches-16-version-of-designer-dress-worn-by-Kate-Moss.html
In the paper Telegraph yesterday they didn't mark the photographs with which was which, and, as I wouldn't recognise KM if I bumped into her in the street, I wouldn't have been able to tell you which was the "imitation"
In fact, they don't look very similar (to me) What do you say?
At 67% viscose, 29% metal-effect fibre and 4% elastane, I bet those who bought and wore it on Monday crackled a bit during the thunderstorms.
(Of course, no-one will be wearing them - they'll all be on e-bay) _________________ Ron |

It's not even close... to say it is similar is a tad strong.
Why are people so dumb- the whole point of an expensive designer dress is so that you have the only one or at least one of a very limited number. It's that, that makes the dress special., otherwise you may as well have any dress.
these cheap copies of things are availble by the truckload from ASOS.com

I was going to say that Rachel. I think it looks cheap and tacky. I bet once washed it will shrink. |
