I can't imagine anyone doing this, its bad enough seeing men without their shirts on in the supermarket in the summer. _________________ Pirate Johnnie Walker played my request on 11 April 2009 |

Me neither... although somebody mentioned that it happens here too and.. shopping wearing their slippers.
I can't imagine doing such a thing myself... if an old person did this they'd call in the psychiatric nurses!
I remember being a little uncomfortable as a kid seeing ladies in the local corner shop with a scarf over the head and rollers in their hair! _________________ Johnnie Walker read out my message on Pirate Radio! 13/8/07

I remember c1967 when my dad had his corner shop (Arkwright incarnate), women would trundle in with scarf and/or hair rollers and slippers, for their pint of milk, 5 Park Drive (for hubby) and a packet of firelighters. Never pyjamas. They didn't bother me, but the well-developed 16-year old daughter of one of them who used to come in and ask for a box of Dr Whites No 2, giving me a huge wink, scared the living daylights..... _________________ Ron |

Provided the pyjamas aren't indecent, what's the problem?
Tesco's loss, Aldi's gain.

It's degrading, slovenly, slobbish and shows a complete lack of respect for fellow shoppers....
But, as a Tesco shopper and I never go in to Aldis, I'm all for it. _________________ Johnnie Walker read out my message on Pirate Radio! 13/8/07
