Really teed off that I missed the first half of this programme, but what I saw of the second half was great. Made me realise what a terrific singer he was and how under-rated here in Britain. Tomorrow I'm going to be downloading all my favourite tracks (On Days Like These, Softly As You Leave Me, Walk Away, Born Free etc) onto a compilation.
Anyone else catch it?

Missed it, minx - we were out. He was a fine singer - even Bing Crosby admired him - and I've already got plenty of his stuff, on CDs and sprinkled though my i-pod.
