Janice started last nights show with"glad all over" by the dave clark 5 and it seems to me that there is a lot more 60's stuff being played on R2.
Is this the same on daytime or am i just being silly?

Are you objecting to 60s music? I do think it's just luck of the draw Little Pieces.
However I actually think there is less 60s music played in general these days but of course it becomes more and more in the distant past as time goes on.
There was a lot from the 60s in Dales Show this afternoon because his 'you pick the pops' section year was 1963. It could be 1993 tomorrow........

Hi Helen
No i don't mind the sixties at all,I love the kinks and the who esp.
Just thought i noticed more air time that's all and as i don't listen to daytime R2 that much just wondered if it was a nightime thing

Hi Little Pieces,
Maybe the 60s music is being seen more as specialist material and played more frequently in the evenings.
