I don't know because I don't use 3rd party image hosting sites (I operate several web sites and have truckloads of online storage) but you can easily do this before uploading to a image server site.
Assuming you don't have Photoshop (which is the daddy of all image editing apps), you can do this very easily with a free (and oddly-named) application called The Gimp. It's not as good as Photoshop but at no cost one can hardly complain!
The nice thing is that it can be run on Apple MacOSX (which I use), Windows XP/Vista/7 and even Unix/Linux.

You can resize on Photobucket - couple of clicks, dead easy.
For example, I've uploaded a random photo. This is full size...
When you select it from your album, running the cursor along its top margin gives you several options, one of which is "resize", with tiny, small and medium options, just click on one to make it more manageable for those with small screens...

Mark - I don't "remember" it - largely because I would have avoided the stupid subject first time round. I'd have preferred not to see it now either!!!
That said, it does confirm that the guy is indeed a berk. |
