|
|
I dunno how many of you on here still post on the Radio boards, still have active IDs ... but i've just started a thread on the Your Music part of the board inviting people to post their favourite song, or a track that means something special to them, or just something they think is appropriate for the occasion - for the very last time.
If anyone can go over and contribute to the thread, that would be great. It's the last night those boards will ever be in existence (unless the Beeb have a massive change of heart) and although I know a lot of you moved on from there a while ago, if you still have an active membership it would be wonderful if you could just stop by and post a track on the thread.
Many thanks,
SS

It's too late to post mine on there now cos they're gone - again!!
But here's one I would have put up. The Beach Boys 'Good Vibrations'. It was a track I remember hearing on the Sunday of my first ever flight in a light plane back in 1973. Fast forward to 2005 when I had my first ever cross-channel flight in a light plane to an aircraft rally in Nevers, France. As I was driving to the airfield, what did I hear Sir Terry Wogan play on my car radio? Yes, twas 'Good Vibrations' by The Beach Boys. _________________ Lord Evan Elpuss, Your ideal job is a Lumberjack. |

I'm gonna try and get some music threads started Lord Evan - once I can figure out how to do the links thing. I got a bit of a hangover (well a lot of a hangover ) and it may have to wait till later.
Think I need to go and have a lie down .... |
