Vanessa Feltz profiles three listeners born in 1952, 1977 and 2002, all of whom have inspirational stories to tell,
And Nicki Chapman provides live updates from the Thames as the Flotilla sails by.
Plus, Imelda Staunton reads a new Diamond Jubilee poem written especially for Radio 2 by rising poetry star Mark Niel.
Graham and Jeremy chat to listeners around the country about their Jubilee celebrations and four lucky listeners share their personally-narrated stories about meeting The Queen.
And joining Graham and Jeremy live at the Mermaid are an array of celebrity guests with a regal connection to help celebrate the historic event. |

I think a lot of TV and Radio broadcasters have hired boats for the day when the Queen is on the Thames. I know Simon Bates was doing to preparation last week for Smooth Radio. |
